At Karson Diecast Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your scale model purchase. If your item is not exactly what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package with Care
Place the diecast model back in its original manufacturer box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent transit damage.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the model to ensure it is in mint condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
