We understand the importance of mint-condition packaging for collectors. Every model is bubble-wrapped and shipped in heavy-duty, double-walled boxes with ample padding to prevent corner dings or crushed blisters.
What is your return policy for diecast collectibles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items where the factory seal or blister pack has been breached.
Do you offer international shipping for global collectors?

How can I track the status of my pre-order?
Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturers. Once your pre-ordered model arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as it ships.
